As a solutions provider Masc have invested in quality project management providing continual training for project management staff and ensuring they have the best available resources. A dedicated CAD facility produces detailed working drawings along with project plans and comprehensive final handover documentation.
In order to service the growing number of national and multi-national companies throughout Africa now looking to Masc as a source of expertise, we have formed business alliances with established companies in various African countries. Through training and skills transfer we aim to establish a network of competent and reliable outlets for the products and services we support.
We enjoy long term relationships with our suppliers, providing us with commercial support and technical backup ensuring we can deliver and maintain products and systems of the highest quality.
As a value added reseller Masc Solutions offer addition services to our clients. On completion of a new installation a full handover package is prepared for the client. This will include full technical specifications, user manuals and instructions on all the products provided. The Masc CAD Team also provide detailed drawings specific to the customer site.
We are in the process of developing a support centre manned with personnel suitably trained to provide telephone support and remote repair capabiilities similar to that provided by IT companies. The support centre will also be utilised to provide a dedicated training facility for our clients who wish to improve the skills and competency of their security managemetn operatives and maintenance staff. |
